Genevieve George

Former MSc student. Genevieve worked on detecting lake colour change in Northern Canada. There was evidence of lake colour change in the north, but the extent of the phenomenon was unknown. Her research used open-access Landsat imagery on Google Earth Engine to assess the temporal trend of lake colour change across the Canadian Arctic for the past 30 years. Outside of school, Gen dances ballet and dabbles in graphic design and the SWEOL logo was her design :)
