Yulun Wu

PhD student. Yulun works on the retrieval of remote sensing reflectance of rivers from satellite imagery. His study site is in the South Nation River Watershed in Eastern Ontario where agricultural runoff threatens water quality. The goal of his study is to understand how changes in water quality manifest as changes in the colour of the rivers, and how observing this colour from space can be used to measure water quality. At leisure, he likes playing basketball and reading science fiction.
